Dr. Vitaliy Rogalsky Dr. Vitaliy Rogalsky finished Medical school in Rostov- na- Donu, Russia. His MA and PhD in Medical Sciences Dr. Rogalsky were earned at the Academy of Medical Sciences USSR in Moscow, Russia. He has rich experience in clinic and medical scientific research fields in Russia, Canada and USA. He made many scientific and practical researches in the biology of human cells grow especially follicular cells of human hair and human blood cells. Dr. Rogalsky made discoveries in the molecular researches in antigens, special biological markers for normal and pathological changed human cells, grows factors in cell division. These researches gave additional opportunities to regulate human organs’ tissue functions, included follicular cells of human hair. Seven of his discoveries had registered at US Patent Department.
